How can I deactivate my Parallels Desktop 10 license? I am trying to move parallels to a new computer. The knowledgeable instructs me to 1) deactivate my license; 2) uninstall PD ... However, there are no instructions for deactivating my license for PD10 (only 11 and 12). Thanks Lee
We have made changes to the activation key. Please follow the instructions below: 1. Quit Parallels Desktop, then try to activate after launching it again. 2. If you are still unable to activate, Open Terminal on the Mac and execute this command: prlsrvctl activate-license-online
If you cannot activate Parallels Desktop 10 on your new Mac then you have to use the terminal command on the new Mac.

I need support to reset my Parallells Desktop v10 license so I can move it to my new Mac. Online instructions are only for newer versions and terminal command is useless. HELP!!!
