    Hi @JohnK3000,
Glad your issue has been resolved successfully. Please be informed that Parallels Desktop 12 Update 12.2 (41591) was released and the issue has been addressed. Please update Parallels Desktop to the latest build. Please note that Parallels Tools also needs to be updated (Actions > Update Parallels Tools).

We see that you are currently using Parallels Desktop 11 with Windows 10 Insider Build. We suggest you to use Windows 10 Stable build and check.

When I use the latest stable build, it works fine. The problem is with the parallels tools. No update on this? What is gonna happen when Microsoft releases the final version of this 15063 build? Parallels is gonna stop working?

The Windows 10 Creators Update brings changes to the system video mode initialization. Parallels Desktop Engineering Team is currently working on a resolution of this issue and will release it soon. You can enable daily check for updates in Parallels Desktop preferences so you do not miss it. The new update version will be 11.2.3. You can refer this thread and with latest Parallels Desktop 12.2.0 update Windows 10 Creators Update is supported.

    Two things that helps:
1- Roll back to previous version that works (from the start up screen and not from inside windows. I tried from inside windows and lost all previously installed apps, had to refresh with a uninstallation of all apps).
2- Change the insider preview builds delivery to "fast" so that you get the latest build. Things are working well since I updated to build 16170.

I've recently received a notification about a parallels update (11.2.3), I'm hesitant to update since now things are working...
If anyone did update then please tell us its a safe parallels update :)
