Kernel Panic with Parallels 11 and 12

Parallels 12 used to work fine. Since this morning the program crashes macosx with a kernel panic. This is true for both Parallels 11 and 12.
trying to create a problem report from terminal (prlsrvctl problem-report --send) causes the same kernel panic.
I have tried the recommended steps listed on parallels knowledge base (repairing ACL permissions, new administrative account, reinstallation), and have had the same problem.
I therefore attached the kernel panic report. As I rely on parallels for some programs this is a real problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, please try to open Disk Utility, and try a Repair Disk permissions if you didn't. As I understand you only try ACL.
