I had originally installed Parallels 9 and then wanted to remove and reinstall it. On trying to install it a second time, I received error 15380. Apple Support was able to guide me through using Terminal to verify that only root is using the UniqueID 0, so the issue is not with multiple IDs using 0, which is described here: http://kb.parallels.com/114703. I have not installed any Anti-virus or Firewall software since originally installing Parallels 9 successfully the first time.

Hi AndrewS10, please follow the steps mentioned below to fix the issue:
    1. Please uninstall Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac and repair Mac OS X file permissions, as some Parallels Desktop files may have wrong permissions:
    Open Disk Utility (/Applications/Utilities/).
Select your Mac OS X startup volume (Macintosh HD by default) in the column on the left of the Disk Utility window, then click the First Aid tab.
Click the Repair Disk Permissions button.
    2. Please reinstall Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac from this link and let us know how it works.

I did the steps that you instructed, and still got the same error.

Please let us know the version of Mac OS X version which you are currently running?
Please refer Parallels Desktop with Mac OS X compatibility.
Also for reference, please follow this steps suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/118079 and http://kb.parallels.com/122670

Any previous version of Parallels Desktop installed before or is it the first installation on this Mac?

Hi SnehaP, please, do the following:
    1. Open Terminal (Finder > Applications > Utilities > Terminal)
    2. Execute the command below:
    /Applications/Parallels\ Desktop.app/Contents/MacOS/prlsrvctl problem-report --send --stand-alone
    3. Wait for the Problem Report to be generated.
    4. Reply us back with 9-digit Problem Report ID.
