reinstall

    I purchased Parallels Desktop 12 for Mac Upgrade but it appears that I have only installed Parallels Desktop 11.
    My download link for PD12 Upgrade was only valid until January 17th.
    How can I reinstall PD12 Upgrade????

    The size of the Parallels Desktop installation image file is about 300Mb. Most probably your internet speed is slow. Please check this article
