After installing Parallels 12 on my Mac Pro, I am unable to install Windows 10 virtual machine via .iso file. The setup started and eventually goes to "No images are available". I've tried multiple Window ISO downloads and have tried using a boot CD. I could use some different options. I am not trying to load dual operating systems.
Hey @RobertS19, Please try creating Windows virtual machine with Express installation unchecked and keep us posted the result.
Hi, This: http://kb.parallels.com/eu/4729 doesn't work at all no matter what I do, I keep ending in the same screen saying that: No Images are Available". What I have: - Parallels latest version - Windows .iso image file bought it from Microsoft website - so there is no bull shit hacked image - Serial Key The image file is on my desktop Nothing works, do you really test those products?
Hi @ungurea, have you purchased an academic copy of Windows and trying to activate with the regular(home) version? If so, please check out this article to activate the academic version of Windows.
No I didn't, it's the standard windows 10 home edition, the problem is with your app, for which you charge some insane amount of money, and also the fix for this issue, which it should come from your end, it's really simple, just install windows without "this requires an activation key" option. this way the install goes without any problem, and after that once in windows you can add the same activation key, which your app for some reason doesn't recognize it and it works without problems. You should check into that, because all the articles you have on the FAQ page are not working - so far this was a crappy product, a crappy support and overall a very crappy experience, if I wouldn't have to use windows I would never touch your app, that's why I drop it way back in time, instead I did choose to buy a windows based computer, which was less cheap then your app. Ooh, and by the way, you should update your FAQ page - the information is really bad structured, and the "overall design of that page" is really like the '90s, with the amount of money you raised from selling a bad product, I think you can hire a good web developer/we designer team, to redo your pages.
Hi ungurea, This issue happens sometimes if you use a Windows 10 single language ISO or Windows 10 N-Type ISO instead of normal Windows 10 ISO. We will forward your feedback to the concerned team for updating our knowledge base article.
