Can't start the update

    When I start Paralles a window pops up, saying there is a new update 12.1.3 (I'm on 12.1.1), but as soon as I click the "install update" button it shuts down parallels and nothing is happening. Any idea how I can solve this? Thanks!

    To resolve the issue:
    Please quit Parallels Desktop.
    To download Parallels Desktop 12, click here and try installing.
