Hello, I tried the 14-day free trail of Parallels Desktop for Mac a few months ago. After the trying period, I deleted it from my Mac, but it seems the Parallels was not deleted completely. So the problems came, I just purchased a Parallels Desktop 12 for Mac Upgrade, the payment and download was done successfully, but when the activation page pop up, after I entered the activation key (the long term with letters, numbers and dashes which was shown me on the order complete page), it required me to enter the activating key of the old version as well. The old version was just a free try so there was no activation key when I downloaded it. It seems if I don't fill out the activating key of the old version, I can't go into the Parallels. What should I do now?
Users, who have Parallels Desktop 10 and 11 can purchase Parallels Desktop 12 upgrade license. If you're new and would like to use Parallels Desktop 12, you need to purchase the full version instead of the upgrade.
We'll process a refund for the wrong purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email shortly. To purchase the full version, please visit: http://www.parallels.com/ select "Buy Now" and "New License"
