Can't get Windows 10 to install

    Hi there,
    I just downloaded Windows 10 and tried to install it on Parallels, but I've had the screen below for the last 2.5 hours. Any idea what the problem is?

    Additional info: I'm running this on a Macbook Air and I'm trying to install the 64 bit Windows 10.
