Question regarding upgrade

    Hi, I have a quick question. Hope I am posting in the proper place. I have Parallels Desktop for Mac v9. If I wanted to upgrade to v12, would that be free or must I pay a fee?

    Hi jhum,
    There are no free upgrades from one version to another unless you have purchased the previous version during the Tech Guarantee period. Upgrade to Parallels Desktop 12 is possible from Parallels Desktop 10/11 (i.e upgrade versions are paid versions). If you wish to use Parallels Desktop 12, purchase a full version.
