Reset activation key

    dear all,

    i have installed my parallels version on a mac which have been recently formatted.
    i have migrated the entire mac to new one but when i try to input SW key, i get an error message "key already used", even if previous one is no longer active.

    any chance the key can be resetted?

    We've reset the activation limit. Please open Terminal (Finder > Applications > Utilities > Terminal) end execute this command: prlsrvctl activate-license-online for a successful activation.
