Hello. Thanks in advance for your help. New MacBook with MacOS Sierra. Want to install my Parallels 11 license. Downloaded Parallels 11 but would not install (said only from the DMG, try again). Found an update, downloaded. Install begins. But at step where I am to log into my account, it fails, tells me to check my internet connection. I AM able to log into my account with my email and password just fine on the web. I tried to activate on the web and was told it was already activated (old machine).

Update: I signed out of the old machine's account following the KB article. Still a no go though. AND I can re-sign in on the old machine.

Force closed the install, started again, installed fine. Was able to log in and activate via installer.
