Time does not update the Windows 10

    HI,
    I have a problem with an update on the 10th time in Windows Installed I paralles Desktop 12 for Mac is a Mac when you start time in order, but in normal Windows is a time when you shut down. The control center is set: to synchronize with both OS. Please, give me an advice.
