Cannot Activate Product

    upon trying to activate my parallels desktop 11 for mac i get the following error message when entering the licence key: THIS KEY CANNOT BE USED WITH PARALLELS DESKTOP BUILD 12.1.1 i have entered the key correctly, so what do i do now?

    This looks like you are trying to activate Parallels Desktop 12 for Mac using Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac license key which isn't possible. Please download and install Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac & try to activate.
