Black Screen after Upgrade details

    Parallels 12 upgrade install
    MacBook Pro Retina 2013
    Mac OS Sierra
    Win7 Pro
    Version 12.1.1 (41491)
    and the previous Version 12.0.1-41296
    Same result with both versions ??

    Will not load after install. Hung on black screen. Tried F8 sequence at startup w/o result. ?????????
