Activating problem

    Hello everyone,
    A few years ago I purchased Parallels 8, not I purchased an Upgrade to Parallels 12.
    When I am activating the application it tells me that "The product key of a previous version of Parallels Desktop has been not accepted on the license server."

    What should I do now?
