I am having difficulties with certain USB device. When I try to use it on Windows 10 Pro guest on macOS, I get an error that is described by the device support team as "bubble detected": "host receives more data than expected: it's an error of the controller" This does not happen when I use this device on a PC with native Windows 10 Pro installation. Is there a way to fix this?
Just did. I did not write down the number of the report before I pressed "contact support". Then it disappeared. How can I track it?
