I have installed Windows 10 via an upgrade from Windows 7 in Boot Camp on a new 2016 MacBook Pro. When I try to set up the virtual machine using Parallels 12 for Desktop I cannot find the Boot Camp icon. I have followed the instructions in article 116235 and this still doesn't work. Basically my virtual Windows 10 and Boot Camp Windows 10 are not in sync (my virtual Windows 10 states that I need to enter an activation key - when I enter my activation key I'm told that the key is already in use). Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Hi @YvesL1
Did you get any error message following the instructions from this article? If so, please share a few screenshot with us. Also, have you created a new Windows virtual machine which states that you need to enter an activation key or it is boot camp based? Please describe in detail.
