I recently updated my mac to Sierra. Then clicked on parallels to updated it. I was brought to the upgrade Parallels purchase page, which I did. But when I try to update, i get an error. I have now discovered that my previous version, 9, does not allow me to upgrade to 12.Is it possible to get a refund?
