Infinite Loop

I'm trying to install the 14 day trial of Parallels, but am going round in circles. Have downloaded the ParallelsDesktop-12.1.1-41491.dmg about 3 times, every time I go to install, it takes me through a little routine where I end up right back at the download page. So far, this isn't going well. Any help appreciated.

 

I came to post the exact same thing. I get into a loop - I click on trial, and then it asks me to download again.

I've seen Parallels being used, but I want to try it before I commit that sort of cash.

 

I have exactly the same issue using Parallels 12 and my MBP (macOS 10.12). Any idea?

Same problem here, probably a bug in the installer.
I'm using the new macbook pro.

 

Same here - longtime VMWare user and looking at Parallels again after several years. I'm an IT professional and I'm ready to SCREAM at this frustration.

I just try it again today and it works. The trial version is installed. However, I dont know why... It just didnt work yesterday.

Yes it seems to be working this morning. It was a frustrating 24hrs though!
