I just upgraded to the 5160 build and now I am seeing constant higher CPU usage. It is going on 80-100 % and I am only running Outlook (on Exchange server). What can I do to reduce CPU usage since the fan is on all the time and it is getting annoying.

I had a similar problem, I found from the Windows Task Manager that Parallels Tools was responsible for all of the CPU loading--so much so that Parallels would crash after about 10-15 minutes. I reverted back to build 4128 and all is well again.

I posted by problem yesterday and haven't received any replies yet.

I found that if I open the Windows Task Manager, and end the ParallelsToolsCenter process, it relaunches itself and behaves. I have to do this each time I start up Windows.

I also found that if you edit the virtual machine configuration and turn off the shared applications, that'll also fix the issue. I read in another post (presumably from one of the developers) that they're aware of the issue and this will be fixed in a future update....
