PROBLEMA CON RETELLA MOUSE USB

Good day, unfortunately since I upgraded to MacOS Sierra and Parallels 12 scrolling via mouse wheel does not work as before.
Specifically does not seem to answer every single click wheel but only large displacements which is unmanageable in the case of small scroll for example in applications such as word or excel without talking about when you need to zoom in to autocad.
It's possible to fix this bug?

Hello and thanks for your answer, I just tried the new install parallels tools but unfortunately nothing has changed. The mouse wheel still does not work, if done slowly turn, one click at a time, practically does not produce movements.
If I can run faster then it works but it becomes unmanageable.

I tried to also set optimized for games but does not solve the problem.
