Need Immediate Help

Here's the rundown
-Have MacMini with up to date software
-Downloaded Parallels, Windows 10 ISO
-Installed both, worked great
-Parallels was running Windows 10 windows right on my Mac desktop, no dedicated Windows 10 VM window
-Able to access windows start menu and file explorer from Mac Launch bar

-"Reset PC" on Windows 10, reinstalled Windows....Labeled as Windows 10 1 by Parallels
-No longer able to use Windows 10 windows independently, drives not linked, can't see Mac folders despite enabling sharing
-Only able to see a standalone Windows 10 VM window, no start menu/file explorer from Mac Launch Bar

I would like to revert to the settings originally installed.

Please help

EDIT: "Enter Coherence" is greyed out on my top menu bar Parallels menu

To fix "Enter Coherence" option is grayed out, please try this steps and check how it works.

 

Coherence is grayed out for me as well: PD, Windows 10, OS X 10.11. Those steps do not work because the Parallels display driver is already the only one installed.

Please reinstall Parallels Tools and check how it works.

 

I did that, but still not working. Very rarely it will work, but 99% of the time it doesn't. Here is a screen shot of what it looks like when I enter coherence....
Please help!!!
