Hello Community, I am using Parallels Desktop for Mac 12 and MS Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit with MS Office 2016 Home&Business, I am receiving several PowerPoint PPTX for further processing and am having problems with the text and graphics embedded in it, text I partially unreadable and graphics seem corrupted. When I open them up on my "normal" Windows 10 Notebook everything looks fine. I found out that disabling the Graphics Acceleration in Parallels fixes the problem, but it decreases the graphic performance so much, that even window dragging does lag and stutter, same with websites, so I don't want to use this "solution". Is there something else I can do ? The MacBook Pro is an early 2015 Retina Model with an Iris Graphics 6100 (1.5 GB) running MacOS Sierra. Thanks in Advance!
Shall I just reinstall the Parallels Tools or should I also reenable the Graphics Acceleration? And does it depend if I reenable it before I install the tools again or do I have to install them before I reenable it? Thanks in advance.
