Apple replaced my iMac and now I can't activate

    My iMac had to be replaced and I couldn't sign out of my account on the old one. Now when I try to setup the new one it would accept my activation key because it is already in use. What can I do?

    We have made necessary changes. Try to activate Parallels Desktop again.
