Running Windows 10 guest on OS X 10.10.5, Parallels 10.
In normal, non-coherence mode, everything is fine.
In coherence, every time I use a keyboard shortcut that requires the Mac command key -- ie: paste, undo -- the command fires twice: 2 pastes, 2 undos, etc. Using ctrl instead works fine, but it's supposed to work with command and in fact does work when I'm not in coherence.
    Any ideas?

    thanks!

  2. Hello SamE2, it should be the trouble with the Parallels drivers.
Please install Parallels tools manually and let us know if that makes any changes.

I'm getting the exact same issue. I reinstalled Parallels tools manually, but in this case, it did not fix the problem. What else could I try?

Hello Steven, please try below steps and let us know how it goes:
    1. Open virtual machine configuration
    2. Switch to Hardware tab -> Mouse & Keyboard -> Choose Keyboard: Optimize for games

    thanks. I did that.
btw: I tried a bunch of things and it eventually started working (reinstalled tools twice + rebooted the mac, etc). I've got no idea what exactly got it working.
During this process, Clipboard between Mac & Windows stopped working altogether. I found the links suggesting that I add, %AppData%\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\prl_cc.exe. I did that. However, that doesn't do the trick, completely. Win10 refuses to load it on start-up (or if I do this via the scheduler route, at login, etc). Instead, I need to start prl_cc.exe manually each time to get clipboard functionality. Not a big deal since I can do that prior to saving the VM image, but, I thought I'd mention it, anyway.

You might want to reference articles in your knowledge base in your reply so that others can work this out, too, if they run into this. Perhaps "roaming" is the wrong profile for the start-up addition. My first attempt was to do this through the scheduler. Anyway.

Good to know you were able to sort it out. Thanks for taking the time to share the information.
Did you also try these steps?
