My hard drive failed so I lost everything. Got a new hard drive, went to re-download parallel and had no luck. I need tech support to call me ASAP. Someone please help.

May I ask... I have parallels 9 and because I upgraded to CApitan...it was working less and less. I want to download 12, but it doesn't install. Hd is quite quite full, only 65 GB free. Could that be the cause for not installing ? I have my virtual machines that are not working at all.

It gave the error 15381. No worries now. I have downgraded my computer back to yosemite. I don't know how, I have managed a copy of my parallels 9. It is not easy to find. The Virtual Machine is working now. In one the internet works, in the other one no. Strange. I will ask in another thread. Regards.
