I started having problems with starting up Parallels desktop about a month ago. I was running OS X El Capitan. The load would just hang with a the usual loading Parallels icon that shows it loading. Also had the Apple circle when I put my cursor over it. I have been a customer for a while and last year paid for the Desktop 10 for Mac Upgrade. When I was having this problem, I checked and the version was Ver 12.0. I was using Windows 7 and it seemed to work a little over a month ago. Also during this period, I tried to load a demo of Win 2012 R2 Server Demo using Boot Camp. One other point is that I did upgrade to the New OS Serra, and was wondering if this could have been the start of my problems. I continued to have no luck with the boot up process. Looked at my HD and did see that I might have had some corrupted sectors. I tired to fix them to the best of my ability. Thinking that maybe a clean install would work to at least fix the corrupte files, I did recently purchase the Mac Pro Upgrade (1 year), thinking that I might be able to fix the problem. During the install I would get the Checking for new Software box and it seemed to just hang. With no luck, from the mess that I started, I used time Machine to roll back the image to a state that I had saved before the problems begin which did fix the corrupted disk issues. I'm now back to OS X El Captain. I have had no luck still in getting Parallels to start. One of two problem reports that was sent was 126697462. I do not have the Number to the other one. Also I never got a confirmation email from Parallels regarding the purchase I made on 30 Oct, but it was charged to the CC for the Mac Pro Upgrade. Please help. I ran the steps is Article ID123128 and had no luck. I have not had a working copy of Parallels for more than a month now. V/R Bill
