close my account

    Dear customer support, can you please close my account as I'm not using it anymore?

    Hello HussainA1,
    we can see Parallels Desktop 8, 9, 10 and Pro [expired] licenses under your account. If we delete the account those keys cannot be used in future. Confirm if you still like to delete the account.

    Dear customer support, Can you please also delete my account? I confirm that I cannot use my registered products (keys) anymore if you delete my account.

    Do you still want to close your Parallels account? please make sure that you will not be able to recover the activation key once the account is removed.
