    Hi,

    Maybe this topic is not new in the forum, but I just wanna share my experience with Parallels after upgrading to macOS Sierra.
    After upgrading to macOS Sierra, I've experienced mouse (touchpad and also usb mouse) scroll hangs and most of time scroll is very slow. It is tedious to work in any virtual machine (Windows 7, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10).
    I'm using Parallels 11, but also tried the new version 12, and experienced same problem.

    I have already returned to OS El Capitan, because I need to work on my virtual machines. Maybe macOS Sierra still a bite premature.
    I will be waiting for good news until this issue with macOS Sierra is overpast.

    Best regards,
    Marcos.

    Hi,
    Please try reinstalling Parallels Tools steps here.
    1. Right-click on the virtual machine name in Control Center and click Configure...
    2. Go to Hardware tab and open Boot order menu.
    3. In this menu go to Advanced Settings and add Boot Flag in the field:
    devices.usb.mouse=0
