Windows 10 gone

Unfortunately, yesterday I had to completely restore my Mac drive from a Time Machine backup. That generally worked OK except that Parallels 12 and Windows 10 were missing after reinstalling. I reinstalled Parallels 12 but can't figure out how to install Windows 10. Where do I find the missing Windows 10 files?
