I have used the Logitech anywhere MX mouse long time on windows 10 and ubuntu guest and all buttons works great as same as in the host OSX. Recently I bought a new model of anywhere MX series, Logitech anywhere MX 2 mouse. Although I finished all button setting on the Logitech Options Application, they didn't work on guest OS (windows and ubuntu). Only left/right clicks work. other buttons don't work. For example, if I map the fun1 button on the mouse to the 'Ctrl-W' key stroke, only 'W' key triggered on guest OS. Ctrl, Option, and Command keys are not triggered on guest OS. I'm using Parallels 11 and El Capitan. Thanks.
Hi @EunsuY 1. Shut down the virtual machine. 2. Open virtual machine configuration > Hardware tab > Mouse & Keyboard > Optimize for games 3. Open Parallels Desktop Preferences and go to Shortcuts tab > OS X System Shortcuts. From Send OS X system shortcuts drop-down list chose Auto to pass shortcuts into the virtual machine only when it is in focus or Always to always pass shortcuts into the virtual machine.
