    Having problem after upgrading to OS Sierra. When I (3 finger) swipe between windows my mouse locks up. It doesn't matter if I am using the Mac touch pad or external mouse. I have to do the (3 finger) UP swipe and reselect the wind I want for my mouse to "unlock". The mouse pointer also gets stuck on one monitor and doesn't move to the next like it did in the previous OS. Any Ideas?

    I did not and do not think it did automatically. I did have Mouse Trails on and as soon as I turned that off the locking up went away. Just turned on"DIsplay pointer trails" and the issues is back. So I can definitely say "Display pointer trails" causes the lockup.

    Glad you found a workaround! Please generate a Problem Report ID when "Display Pointer trails" is enabled, we'll check & help you out.
    Additionally, I'd suggest you follow the below steps to see if that helps
    1.Make sure the virtual machine is in shut down state.
    2.Open virtual machine configuration.
    3.Switch to Hardware tab > Mouse & Keyboard > set Mouse to Optimize for games.
    4.In Hardware tab switch to Boot Order > extend Advanced settings > in Boot flags box paste the following flag:
    devices.usb.mouse=0
