checking for new software freeze

    Hello PARALLELS community
    I have just purchased parallels 12 tried to install but only get as far as checking for new software then it just freezes up and goes no further.
    Any suggestions as to what might be wrong?

    Try downloading Parallels Desktop 12 link followed and installing check whether it have helped.
