I Bough The Wrong Version of Parallels...

    Hi,
    I just purchased Parallels 11 not knowing that the application requires os 10.10 and i have os x 10.7.5. Can someone help me with this problem on what I should do.

    Parallels Desktop 11 is compatible only from Mac OS X 10.9 or later, please refer this article to know about Parallels Desktop and Mac OS (Host) compatibility.
    Please let us know from where did you purchase Parallels Desktop 11 and when was the purchase made and we will be happy to help!

    Hey @NathanielB1,
    Please delete screenshot from public for security reasons since it contains the activation key. The license is key for Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac, please install Parallels Desktop 11 using this link and check if it works!
