Hi, I just purchased Parallels 11 not knowing that the application requires os 10.10 and i have os x 10.7.5. Can someone help me with this problem on what I should do. thank you.
Hi @TammyN1 If you've purchased Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac from one of our resellers, please reach out to them & seek a refund. Also, check with them if they still offer Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac & Parallels Desktop 9. Here is the information table about Parallels Desktop & Mac OS X compatibility.
