Lost access to files and printer in Windows following update, plus small screen size

    I have just run the Windows 10 update. Now when I open Windows my screen size and resolution are incorrect plus I cannot access files stored on my Mac system. Also Windows is not sharing printers installed on Mac. Anybody else had this problem or know the solution???

    Looks like Parallels Tools are not updated properly. Please reinstall Parallels Tools & let us know how it goes.
