Offered free upgrade to PD 12--my key for 11 not accepted and after reading a few reviews of 12 I do not want to bother BUT cannot unsuspend Win 10 as the box asking for the activation key to get PD 12 will not close and no visible option to do so.
    Help please

Thanks for reply--I bought PD 11 on 23rd July which had a free 3 month subscription which is probably why I received the offer to upgrade to PD 12 but that aside I'll stick with PD 11 but how???
Been running PD 11 fine uptil now--wish I'd never received the upgrade invite!!!!!!!
I cannot close the screen where I entered the PD 11 key when attempting to upgrade to 12. There is no option to close it.
Windows is faint behind this screen--trying to reactivate the suspension just brings back the ******* PD screen rejecting my attempt at entering the key.
Restarting makes no difference---getting close to attacking it with large hammer!

P.S. received two messages from you--one says I am eligible for free upgrade--the other says not eligible!
If you at PD are not clear on the issue then no wonder I have this issue with my PC.

Please try the below steps & let us know how it goes.
    1. Uninstall Parallels Desktop 12 for Mac(use PDRemove.zip)
    2. Run First Aid on the Mac Hard drive.
    3. Reinstall Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac and upgrade to Parallels Desktop 12 for Mac
If the issue persists, please share a few screenshot with us, we'll look into it
