This has been a disaster for me. I was using parallels to run Windows 10. Whilst I was doing that a message came up to say that the above update was available. Having finished what I was doing in Windows 10, I shut it down and then upgraded parallels.

My problem has begun ever since I started to run the upgrade. Now my Windows 10 windows appear as solid black boxes and I cannot see the software that is running within the Windows 10 windows. This is a disaster as I need to use Windows on Monday morning to complete a critical project. I've tried contacting parallels support and generated a support number. Unfortunately parallels automated system analyses that support number and advises that I am no longer eligible for support and asked me to pay for more support. Why should I pay for something which has been caused by them??

Can somebody from parallels please contact me or alternatively withdraw this upgrade as it clearly contains bugs. In the meantime how can I downgrade to the previous version of parallels which was working perfectly well for me? The attached screenshot shows a large extent of black areas. Those black areas are Windows 10 windows. if parallels support is looking at this, I have submitted a technical data report ID number 119453597
