Windows 10 will not install.

I am trying to install windows on a macbook and having troubles. I have installed a trial version of Parellels and I am trying to install windows 10. Each time I get down to the end of the install an error pops up and says "windows could not complete the installation. To install windows on this computer, restart installation." I have restarted the mac, restarted parrellels and uninstalled and reinstalled everything related that I can think of. I have even tried installing windows 10 32bit and 64bit and I have even tried installing from windows 10 disc and from a downloaded version from the parrellels site.

I am running OS X El Capitan 10.11.6
Trying to install Windows 10 (have tried 32bit and 64bit)

Did you purchase Windows 10 education version? Did you try to download a different installation media and tried to install Windows 10? Did you uncheck "express installation while creating the virtual machine" and tried installing Windows 10?
