Menu on the top of the screen

When I hover on the top of the screen in guest os (windows) appears poppy menu (Dock) . It uncomfortable and interferes for me. I want to remove this option. And have some other way to show this menu. Use type of Full Screen, clear "Use Mac OS X Full Screen" in options It is also not suitable. Sorry for my English.

By default, when you switch Windows to Full Screen, Windows is set to operate in the OS X native Full Screen mode. Perform the below steps to prevent the Dock or the Mac OS X menu bar from appearing when you move the mouse pointer to the top/bottom of the screen:
* Click the Parallels icon in the menu bar and choose Configure or in the Parallels Desktop menu bar at the top of the screen, choose Actions > Configure
* Click Options > Full Screen
* Clear the Use OS X Full Screen option
