I've been a Parallels user for 7 years and am currently beta testing v12. I went to log in to myparallels.com and it said my password was wrong. I tried to reset my password and it said my account didn't exist. I recreated it so I can post this. How can I get my account back?
Interesting, turns out desktop.parallels.com worked just fine. Not sure what the issue was. Problem solved.
