Hi, a machine broke and we need to reallocate the license to the replacement. Looking in our license list online, we have 3 licenses:
Parallels Desktop 10 for mac (full)
Parallels Desktop 10 for mac (upgrade)
Parallels Desktop 9 for mac (full)

I'm unsure if that means we have 3 licenses to install, 2 of parallels 10 and 1 of parallels 9? Is the upgrade license an addon or a standalone license? What does the (upgrade) label mean?

    Thanks

    Hello CyrusS,
Basically you have two licenses for Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac that can be installed on 2 computers. Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac upgrade license will require a previous version license to complete the activation and the full version license does not require any previous version license key. So the license for Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac can be used for completing Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac upgrade license activation. Check this link for additional info. Thanks.
