    Hi,

I can't seem to have the option to change resolution in hardware settings. I am only able to change memory usage, 3D acceleration and vertical synchronization , but not the resolution..

    Regards,
    Serge

Unfortunately,we haven't received the screenshot. Please, give it another try.
Also, let us know your version of Parallels Desktop.

New try, still can't make it work.
    The version is 12.1.1.

It didn't. I'm still not able to change the default 1024x768 resolution.
