HElp needed for parallel 12

    Some of my programs in the Windows virtual machine don't look right: buttons aren't displayed properly, some are missing, program's interface (GUI) looks broken in general.

    Have you installed Parallels tools. Please try to re install them .

    Additionally, please try the below steps & keep us posted
    1. Adjust the Windows virtual machine's configuration settings > Hardware > Graphics > change the Retina setting from Best for Retina to Scaled.
    2. Reboot the virtual machine.
