Hi, I am currently using Parallel 10.2 to run a windows 10 virtual machine on a Macbook pro with El Capitan.

I have checked my mac supports Bluetooth 4.0 and can detect a BLE device with the LightBlue application with OS X. However, when I switch to win10 there is no search result for the bluetooth device and I have configured parallel to auto share any bluetooth device. And for the bluetooth drivers on the windows side, I can only find the drivers below :
    1) Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator
    2) Microsoft Wireless Transceiver for Bluetooth

I would like to ask if this is the problem of parallel or what is the potential cause? The windows 10 is a genuine iso downloaded from Microsoft.

    Many thanks!

    Hi Dhana,

Thanks for the reply and I have followed the instruction up to step 5. Then parallel is giving me a warning saying I do not have the Apple Bluetooth drivers installed as below and I have tried to reinstall the 64-bit driver for few times already but still the same.

After a few try out, the option for USB controller under External Devices is even gone and I don't know how to fix it.
