Hello, I was hoping to upgrade my parallel desktop v7 to v11. I first purchased the upgrade license but soon found that the upgrade from 7 to 11 would not work. So I bought the full license for v.11. Would it be possible to get refund for my upgrade license purchase? I can provide my reference number for my order.
