Hi, I've got a few computers running OSX El Capitan and Parallels 11, with Windows XP SP3 as the Parallels Guest OS. There are a few applications that run into problems when using Parallels full screen on two monitors. When I open PowerPoint 2010 or Cisco WebEx event centre, both monitors redraw themselves and the cursor gets recentred every second or so. This has the effect of the screen flickering and the cursor not being usable. This goes away once the offending application is closed. This isn't an issue with any other Office 2010 application, just PowerPoint. This isn't an issue if Parallels is just running full screen on one monitor. I have seen this problem on two different Macs each with this same setup. Has anyone else had this problem or similar? Is there a fix? Many thanks, Tara
Hey TaraA, Try the below steps and let us know how it goes 1. Disconnect External monitor and reinstall Parallels Tools 2. Follow the steps outlined in here to configure the mouse settings.
