Can anyone give me insight on why my instructor could be having difficulty opening up files in Canvas. The assignments are for Advanced Word2 /Merged files and some zipped. Is there something I should do differently when I zip them to send? Its a real problem, and I am getting negative grading because of it. Thank you for any information. Nina

Have you followed the steps outlined in the canvas guide ? 3. Does your instructor get an error message when he tries to open the file? If so, please share a screenshot of the error message with us?
