Kernel Panic OSX 10.11.6

I was able to use Parallels just fine this morning. I then changed the network adapter settings to "Shared Network", it was on Default Adapter. After that, Parallels completely crashed and so did OSX. Now every time I launch parallels, OSX crashes and restarts. Kernel Panic log below.

Hi FRANKC3,
Please perform the below steps & check how it works.
* Uninstall Parallels Desktop using PDremove.app : Refer this link
* Open Disk utility from Mac application folder > Select your MacintoshHD on the left side of the window, select "First Aid" tab on the right side.
* After this is complete, close Disk Utility and restart you Mac computer.
* Reinstall latest version of Parallels Desktop : Refer this link

Same issue, your steps DO NOT WORK. And it is impossible to generate a problem ID since if I am connected to internet parrallels causes immediate kernal panic on start up logo with spinning thingy...any other suggestions?
